Encounter Central Station

Central Station exists to serve our community with compassion, dignity and hope through a variety of free and accessible services. We seek to meet practical needs while offering a safe and welcoming space for all. Central Station includes a food pantry providing groceries to individuals and families facing food insecurity, free clothing for all ages and seasons, Common Threads, a sewing ministry, and AA meetings that offer encouragement, accountability, and connection.

Central Station is located at 119 N. Webster Street, Jackson, MI 49202

Clothing donations can be dropped off during open hours, Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM - 2:30 PM
Clothes must be clean and ready to wear.
Free of stains, holes, rips, heavy wear, etc.
Appropriate - no used swimwear or undergarments/underwear
ONLY ACCEPTING SUMMER SEASON CLOTHING AT THIS TIME.
